Payment Options
We accept PayPal, money orders and checks. You can order directly from our secure web store, or, if you feel more comfortable doing so, you may phone or mail in your order. Customers who want to mail an order in can print out an order form. You will find the link at the end of this section.

Domestic Mail Orders: If you mail an order from within the United States and are paying by check, your check must be drawn from a United States bank account. All orders using checks will be held until the check clears.
Foreign Mail Orders: If you mail us an order from outside the United States, please include an International Money Order with your order.

Sales Tax
There will be a 6% sales tax placed on all orders within the State of Florida. The sales tax will be calculated for you during the order process and should show up on your invoice when you check out.
There are no taxes charged for orders originating outside the state of Florida or outside of the United States. If you live outside the United States and you are charged sales tax when you check out, please contact us so we can correct the situation.

All orders are processed as soon as we recieved confirmation of payment. PayPal is our standard payment method. If your order was paid through a money order or personal check we place a hold on your order until we have verified that the funds have been cleared by our bank.

Stocking:
Tigermodels does not stock all items and has limited quantities of product that is stocked.
We manufacture all our resin products, so all items are always considered in stock. However, some of our items may include detail accessories that may not be manufactured by Tigermodels, (i.e. lead foil, solder, chain, plastic styrene, etc.) which can hold up an order. Most orders are cast and packaged after the order is placed. Tigermodels does not place items on back order. In the rare event that we are unable to ship part of your order, we will delete that item from your order and either credit your PayPal account, or send a refund check or an International Money order with the rest of your order. If we have your email address, you will also be notified of the situation before we ship your order so you can provide us with further instruction as to how we might be better able to satisfy your modeling needs.

Please note that shipping days are calculated in business days. Tigermodels is closed during the weekends and most U.S. Federal holidays. If you place an order during such time, it will not be received until the next business day.Tigermodels uses the United States Postal Servcie (USPS) as our shipping provider. All domestic orders will be shipped by Priority Mail and all International orders will be shipped by Postal Airmail. All shipping rates will be established using the USPS's live shipping calculation depending upon the shipping destination plus $1.00 for handling.

Changes To Your Order
We try to process your order very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, or wish to change your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY! You may contact us by email or phone. If you contact us before your order is processed, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you resolve any problems you may have with your order. Unfortunately, if we have already shipped your order, there may be little we can do to help.

Shipping and Handling
Tigermodels ships all orders in the U.S. and APO addresses by U.S. Priority Mail. We ship all orders outside the U.S. are by U.S. Parcel Post Air Mail. We will be happy to ship your order using other carriers, but you MUST contact us BEFORE placing your order to make arrangements to do so, and for a shipping quote. If your do not request insurance or arrange for a shipping method that provides full tracking, Tigermodels will not be held responsible for orders that do not make it to thier destination or arrive damaged.
Domestic Orders - These orders have a delivery time of 3-5 business days once your order is shipped. All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. All orders will receive an email with the tracking information that can be tracked from the USPS's website.
International Orders - These orders have a delivery time of up to 4-6 weeks once your order has been shipped. For faster delivery you will need to contact us for more shipping options. All international orders have limited tracking capability and usually only shows the package through the local sort facility to which it is then shipped overseas. Tigermodels will not claim responsibilty for orders that do not reach their destination or arrive damage if no insurance was purchased.
IF you wish to add insurance or a shipping method with full tracking for your order, please contact us so we can provide you with a quote. Otherwise only domestic orders are shipped with deliver confirmation.
A $1.00 shipping & Handling fee has been added to cover packaging and transportation costs.
